Do you have a Pennsylvania (PA) pharmacist license?

The Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy requires all PA pharmacists who want to immunize in the state of Pennsylvania to register with them within two years from the date of the program they attended. The PA Board is very firm on that time frame.

The Learner is required to submit an online application and will be required to submit a certificate of acheivement for the 20 hour immunization course they attended. The PA Board no longer requires Page 1 or Page 2.

If the 2 year deadline is not met, the pharmacist is required to retake the 20 CPE Immunization course again if they want to immunize in PA.

If you have recently moved to Pennsylvania and/or received your PA pharmacist license, and you have previously attended an APhA Immunization program in another state WITHIN the past 2 years, please complete the online application at PA Board Online Application
The PA Board is very firm about registering with them within 2 years from the date of the class. If it has been over two years from the date of the program, the PA Board will not accept the application. The pharmacist is required to retake the 20 CPE Immunization course again if they want to immunize in Pennsylvania.
