Accreditation Information

The American Pharmacists Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education (CPE). To earn CPE credit, you must watch the entire session and complete the CPE test and evaluation for each session. Credit will be available upon achieving a passing grade of 70% or better. Please visit CPE monitor for your transcript.

APhA CPE policy provides you with two opportunities to successfully complete CPE examinations. Please note that you will not be permitted to submit examinations a third time. The current policy of the APhA Education Department is not to release the correct answers to any of our CPE tests. The policy is intended to maintain the integrity of the CPE activity and the test. This policy meets the ACPE standard for quality education. 

Individuals completing this activity by March 25, 2020, can receive credit. Individuals who participated in the live versions of any of these activities held at the APhA2016 Annual Meeting and Exposition in March 2017 in San Francisco, California, may not receive credit for the home-study version of this activity.

All home-study continuing education activities for pharmacists were developed by the American Pharmacists Association.

Fee

For a promotional period (6/6/2017 to 8/31/2017), the fee for members and non-members is $99.00. On 9/1/2017, the member fee will be $149.00 and the non-member fee will be $199.00.

Instructions

Upon purchase of "APhA2017 Meeting Highlights: Video On Demand," the 12 recordings will appear in your "My Training" page on pharmacist.com. You may access this information through March 25, 2020. To complete a lesson, you will need to read the activity description and open any associated handouts in the activity description. The handouts will direct you to complete activities done in the live session. When you complete a section, click on "Close and Mark the Activity as Complete" and you will receive a green check mark indicating that you have completed the section. You will need to watch the entire length of the video in order to complete the section. You may start and stop the video and the system will restart the recording where you left off. You will then have two opportunities to take and pass the test. Upon completion of the evaluation, you will be able to enter your NABP # to claim credit for the session.
