This Quick Quiz is comprised of 5 multiple-choice questions that address patient-related factors a pharmacist should consider when selecting among available inhaler devices for the treatment of asthma.  Each question is followed by a rationale.

Based on the professional practice gaps that have been identified with respect to the contribution of pharmacists to the care of patients with asthma, at the completion of this knowledge-based activity, participants will be able to:  

  1. Discuss patient-related factors to consider when selecting among available inhaler devices.
