RECERTIFICATION CREDIT FOR BOARD CERTIFIED AMBULATORY CARE PHARMACISTS
Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacists (BCACPs) are eligible to receive 10 hours of recertification credit for completing this activity. To earn recertification credit, BCACPs must attend all sessions and successfully complete the online assessment after the course by the deadline. Only completed tests will be eligible for credit; no partial or incomplete tests will be processed.
Complete instructions for earning recertification credit will be distributed separately.
Please note: If you are taking this course for recertification, you may only take the assessment one time. Only completed tests will be eligible for credit; no partial or incomplete tests will be processed.
The fee for this course includes:

- Up to 10 hours of BCACP recertification credit by taking the recertifcation exam
Continuing Pharmacy Education Credit
The American Pharmacists Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Attendees of the 2019 Ambulatory Care Recertification Course can earn up to 10 hours (1.0 CEUs) of continuing pharmacy education credit during this application-based activity.
Individuals completing this activity by April 26, 2019 receive CPE credit.

Ambulatory Care Review Course Recertification Exam
To earn recertification credit, BCACPs must attend the entire 10 hours of sessions and successfully complete the online assessment by the deadline. Only completed tests will be eligible for credit; no partial or incomplete tests will be processed.
"The Ambulatory Care Review Course" is a live activity for pharmacists developed by the American Pharmacists Association.
