Overview

The Ambulatory Care Practice Exam is a compilation of practice questions to help you prepare for the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) Ambulatory Care Specialty examination.The review exam questions are designed based on the domains, tasks, and knowledge statements developed by BPS for the Ambulatory Care specialty examination. It provides an in-depth review of patient care issues for practitioners in Ambulatory Care.

If you are interested in registering for the full Ambulatory Care Review Course which includes the practice exam, 10 ACPE credit hours, 7 live sessions at the APhA Annual Meeting, and access to the videos and slides from the meeting, you should register for the Ambulatory Care 2019 Live Review Course. Registrants will get access to the practice exam in February. Videos and slide presentations will be distributed in the early summer as part of the home-study version of the course. The Ambulatory Care 2019 Live Review Course is offered at a competitive rate of $100 for members and $150 for non-members. 

How to Use the Practice Exam:

  • Take the online practice exam as a diagnostic tool to identify knowledge gaps.
  • Obtain a score.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and then review the corresponding rationales, reference sources, domains, tasks, and knowledge statements.  
  • Take the practice exam as many times as you wish.
