Activity Preview

Professional burnout is a constant threat because the attributes that make pharmacists successful also put them at risk. Some simple, lifestyle-changing tools, however, can reverse the risk. Resilience allows you to quickly adjust to changing circumstances, cope with pressure, and maintain your sense of control. It is one of those intangible traits that everyone wants but no one quite understands how to get it or sustain it.

Register for this hands-on webinar to hear an expert in the field talk about how you can build your own resilience and explore strategies to shift those life changing tools to professional growth opportunities.

Learning Objectives

At the completion of this knowledge-based activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Discuss the importance of resilience in avoiding burnout at work and at home.
  2. List strategies that enhance self-awareness and coping mechanisms for pharmacists to build resilience.
  3. Explore ways to use life-changing tools for professional growth opportunities.
