At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Discuss the importance of coping mechanisms and resilience for supporting mental health and preventing burnout in health care providers.
  2. Review self-awareness strategies and coping mechanisms that are useful for developing resilience.
  3. Apply tools to help student pharmacists and residents become more resilient.
