This archived webinar is Part III of a three-part webinar series for pharmacists on developing resiliency. In this final installment of the series, the speaker will help attendees identify their emotional intelligence traits and explore how to use these traits to develop resilience, better manage their emotions, communicate more effectively, and improve productivity. Program participants are guaranteed to emerge more equipped to handle stressful situations.

  1. Identify emotional intelligence (EI) traits.   
  2. Demonstrate ways to utilize EI traits in creating relationships.   
  3. Discuss how to use EI traits to control emotions and overcome burnout.
