Activity Preview

Quality Improvement principles are paramount to the success of your ambulatory care practice. Whether you’re growing your team of pharmacists, or looking to improve the quality goals of your clinic, finding a systematic way of approaching improvement is critical. Leaders frequently struggle to compare pharmacist workload to other disciplines or other pharmacy practices. This session will share principles you can use to define your practice, your workload, and ensure that your work is contributing to the desired outcomes.
