The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention note that tobacco use is the single largest preventable cause of death in the helping patients quit smoking and stop using other forms of tobacco are essential. Pharmacists are an underutilized yet accessible resource in community settings and can assist patients with their tobacco cessation efforts.

Complete each module, worth one CPE hour each, for a total of 2 CPE hours. This learning activity was developed by the American Pharmacists Association and supported by an educational grant from Pfizer.
