Initiatives to Support Pneumococcal Vaccination and Shared Clinical Decision-Making in Pharmacy Practice
Review the latest on shared clinical decision-making as it applies to pneumococcal vaccination. Hear from vaccine experts Lauren B. Angelo, PharmD, MBA, Michael Hogue, PharmD, FAPhA, FNAP, and Miranda Wilhelm, PharmD who will discuss the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) updated recommendations for the 13-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV13). Video case examples of pharmacist/patient interactions are also included as a practice tool.
