We will also explore the importance of our relationships in helping us deliver the best possible patient care to everyone in our communities.

- Discuss the significance of building positive interpersonal relationships through the practice of pharmacy.
- Identify barriers to developing positive relationships with patients, their caretakers and members of the health care team.
- Demonstrate strategies pharmacists can use to improve cultural competence in various pharmacy practice settings.
