What does telehealth mean? Learn the definitions and identify strategies pharmacists can use to integrate telehealth into their existing practice. This webinar will provide information on common barriers related to telehealth implementation and offer solutions to overcome them. Participants will also be able to understand the value of pharmacist telehealth contributions to patient care upon completion of this knowledge-based activity.
At the completion of this knowledge-based activity, pharmacists will be able to:
- Define telehealth.
- Discuss the clinical value of pharmacist contributions to patient care via telehealth.
- Identify strategies to integrate telehealth into an existing pharmacy practice model.
- Describe opportunities to overcome barriers related to telehealth implementation.
